A little shabby a little romantic..

I made two of these beautiful jewelry holders this morning. I salvaged some old china plates, one small and one large, and placed them between a silver candle holder. I just think the result is lovely. There is just something about rummaging and thrifting and putting together a creation. Old things gaining new life.

Vintage Linen Tea Towel

I have two lovely vintage linen tea towels in the shop right now. One is a lovely red and pink rose pattern and the other is a bright floral. So sweet. These designs are timeless. Perfect for a modern cottage decor.

I photographed the red and pink rose towel with a scrap of vintage lace and a very becomming photograph of my grandmother. She is 92 this year!
