Project Restyle.

I decided that it would be fun to be a part of Rachel and Elsie's Project Restyle! I found this vintage wooden jewelry box on a dusty shelf at the thrift store. I passed it up a few times before, but this week decided that it was worthy of a make over.

I cleaned the box and then painted it a fresh, bright white. I also painted the drawer knob pulls a lovely aqua blue green that matches the wall paper sample that I cut for the top shelf. I think the results are so pretty indeed!

Christmas Time...is here?

I have been playing around with making some new wreaths this weekend. I had some extra silver tinsel laying around and some wire so I made these. I completed them with a vintage jewelry piece. [salvaged of course!]
They are the perfect size for a small pop of holiday cheer! Find them in the shop this evening.

A little shabby a little romantic..

I made two of these beautiful jewelry holders this morning. I salvaged some old china plates, one small and one large, and placed them between a silver candle holder. I just think the result is lovely. There is just something about rummaging and thrifting and putting together a creation. Old things gaining new life.

Ring Thing..

I have also been playing around with some salvaged vintage jewelry lately. This afternoon I made six rings. They are made from all kinds of old jewelry like earring and pieces of necklaces. I have a few favorites, but they should all be available in the shop by the end of the week.

**they will ship FREE with purchase of another item!
