Weekend Yard Sale Spoils.

Are are some of my weekend spoils. I found a slew of vintage planters. All in green! [plus one little guy in yellow] Lovely.

I also found some really great mid century modern home accessories. This great, but well loved, wire magazine rack and amazing blue ceramic lamp!

First up: FunkeyFinds! This 1970s ceramic planter is in the shop now. It comes with a baby spider plant nestled in organic potting soil.

Not only is it spring and I am listings planters but oh my my, what a beauty of a bag too! Expect the bag in the shop sometime soon! You can also expect a HUGE update in my Vintage Lingerie Shop: ItsBella. It seems like my sweet reconstructed slips are not selling as well as I had hoped they would. I have so many in my craft closet that will never be played with, therefore I am cleaning house! Expect vintage slips at great prices! I want someone else to have the pleasure of revamping them!
Lastly, in OliveSomeDay I have some very exciting and sweet diy frame kits. This one is my "shabby chic" inspired trio. I love how fresh they look and they don't even have anything in them! Find them [here]

Pyrex Love

I adore the website Pyrex Love. This website has a wealth of information on vintage Pyrex and their patterns. I have always noticed Pyrex bowls being around while I was growing up, but never did I appreciate them as I do now. I love their bright patterns and bold colors. I often see them at rummage sales, but they are usually scratched and faded. I am forever on the lookout for good condition bowls.

I see that Vintage Pyrex bowls are often featured in Martha Stewart Living and Everyday Food. I can spot one from a million miles away! Its like a secret treasure hunt. This one is from Everyday Food Magazine.
